1.. Click on "sign-in" at the top of the page. You will be asked for your email & postcode, followed by address & payment information. You won't be charged until the order deadline at 11pm on Sunday (all payment data is managed securely by Stripe).
2.. Choose one of our changing seasonal fruit/veg boxes or personalise the order to your own spec. Use the top menu to browse the product categories. All products can be ordered as a one-off or as part of a weekly/fortnightly subscription.
3.. Using the top menu, you can add products to your order up until the 11pm on Sunday deadline. Please make all necessary changes ahead of this time.
4.. We pack & prepare your order on Monday & Tuesday then you will receive your delivery on either Wednesday or Thursday depending on your area. It's worth leaving some sort over bag or lid for us to cover the veg box with (if you're out).
5.. The empty veg box can be left outside or handed to the driver on your next delivery. All of our boxes are recycled from other businesses around Bristol.
6.. There are options available to swap "disliked" items for preferred items, which can be selected via the top right drop down menu. Here you can manage your account details, address, payment methods, holidays etc...
The order can be paused, or you can stop the order altogether by removing all items from the basket.
If you're unhappy with anything we sent, please get in touch & we will be happy to reimburse you =)
