ORGANIC WHITE SOURDOUGH XL Ingredients: flour, salt, water Allergens: gluten Our traditional, organic, white sourdough, double the size of a standard white sourdough. The tangy flavour of work equally well with a salty marmite as it does with a floral honey. The perfectly sized holes makes the crumb particularly suitable to accompany any saucy meal: be it a stew, a curry or a soup. Alternatively, simply serve with olive oil and sea salt as a side nibble. After a couple of days the white sourdough makes the perfect cheesy toasties as well!
