The crumb is tangy and perfectly soft, with a satisfying chewiness. The levain adds a tangy flavour to the aromatic olive oil and rosemary, while the sea salt flakes on the crust provides a pleasant crunch. It can be used for sandwiches, toasties, to dip in your soup or simply to accompany a glass of wine.
